Reservation Policies

Arrival and Departure Time:
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 Noon
Credit Card and Identification are required upon check-in.

Cancellation:
The guestroom cancellation policy varies depending on your confirmed reservation. Please refer to your itinerary, travel agent, reservation agent or the front desk for a specific time depending on your confirmed rate. Please keep in mind that some of the discounted advance purchase rates do have non-refundable deposits.

Taxes:
Guest rooms are subject to 13.4% state and local tax.

Rollaways / Cribs:
Rollaways are available for an additional charge of $15 per night. Cribs are complimentary.

Refrigerators:
Available upon request for $25 per stay.

Pet Policy:
Animals are not permitted with the exception of working animals in accordance to ADA regulations.

Children:
There are no additional charges for children as rooms are priced according to room type.
